Magazine Ads:

All artwork and print due by August 5, 2008

Online Ads:

Ongoing for all states for 30 days unless sponsoring the event then 90 days, because this is a quaterly event for each group of states by annual for each state.

Booth Space Rental:

You are able to purchase your booth space, first come, first serve. This is a great way to showcase your business and get it in the customers hand. The space will be set up in the room with the refreshments and networking area, set up. All booth rent must be paid in full by the August 15. There is a $50-non refundable deposit to hold your spot. The balance is due by the 15th. The non-refundable deposit will be applied toward your balance due.
